I was a bit confused by the tooling cost when I tried quote. Does this tooling cost applies to the current project only or it is once paid by the customer for all future orders.

Webmaster's reply : The tooling cost will be charged at the first time. As you reorder the same from the "Order history", the tooling cost will be free of charge and displayed as 0.

I've only used you once so far but results were excellent. I hope you are not censoring guestbook entries to remove negative experiences? or are you really that good as I can't see a single complaint here.

Webmaster's reply : No company will receive no compliant, even the best companies. Sometimes we receive compliant about the lead time, outline, silkscreen alignment problem through email but randomly through guestbook here.

For example, there are visitor say here that does not like to do business with us because he could not find our contact information on website, but actually it was introduced at "About us".

I ordered few times and all boards came on time (or erallier) and were perfect quality.

I am still patiently waiting when you will be offering solder paste stencil and possibly assembly.

I have two board order coming next week

- how about stencil?

Can the mounting holes be un-plated?

Webmaster's reply : Yes, just specify which holes are required un-plated (unplated through hole) in the PCB file.

Are your PCB's RoHS compliant?

Webmaster's reply : Yes, we have RoHS compliant boards, when ordering boards and select surface finish, you could see some options with RoHS compliant, those are boards with RoHS compliant

I have used you for years and have always been pleased with the quality.
Recently i tried PCBC--- as they are a little cheaper. I placed an order for 5 boards and when i got them in today 2 of the 5 look like someone took an exacto knife to a couple of the SM pads like they were shorted together and they tried to separate them. one of these 2 i cannot even use. A word to the wise, its not allays worth going elsewhere to save a buck or two.

I just recommended you to another client of ours. Good points: You ask intelligent questions, you offer good suggestions, you're willing to do special requests for little or no extra charge, your shipping rates are about what we pay for other companies that are in California, and your quality seems the same as boards from any other normal fabrication house.

Bad points: Not really a lot. Some of our clients want "Made in USA" products so we have to use other fabricators. We haven't tried you on any of our really complex designs so I don't know how you would do.

I've used your service for about 5 different designs. You always had a look at the gerber files and sent me an export with remaining questions about the parameters or spotted possible errors in the design. I value this very much!

I would recommend your service to everybody who wants a professional manufacturer that actually has a look at the design before producing it.

Webmaster's reply : Yes we have free DFM that check all files in details before production, that will avoid the possible problem after production that may need to remake the boards because of possible mistake in the design.
