District Sales Representative, PCB Assembly
Part-time
1. Explore prospective clients by numerous channels to complete local sales target distributed by company;
2. Follow up customers to successfully submit orders;
3. Provide customers with service during ordering process and help customers to solve problems.
District sales representative should determine prospective client needs based on which competitive quotations or lead time can be provided by company quota team to make orders finally achieved.

POSITION#2
District Sales Representative, PCB Assembly
Full-time
1. PCB Assembly sales plan making and implementation
Based on district sales target expected and confirmed by company together with the analysis on industry and local circumstances, district sales representative is responsible for annual sales plan drawing up and implementation.
District sales representative should periodically report real-time sales performance to his/her superior with customers' feedback summarized to assist company in adjusting in terms of manufacturing (including thru-hole & SMT assemblies) and service optimization.
2. Prospective client exploration and development
District sales representative should explore prospective client through numerous channels including social activities, electronic trade fair participation or online/offline activities, and determines direct purchasers to acquire quotations and orders.
District sales representative should also develop prospective clients through cold calling as well as personal and professional contacts.
3. Quotation support and in-time follow-up
District sales representative should be able to determine prospective client needs based on which competitive quotations or lead time can be provided by company quota team to make orders achieved.
Sales reps should also follow up the clients who only launch quotations but hesitate to submit order to carry out corresponding persuasion strategies so that real orders will be finally generated.
4. Customer-centered service
Before, during and after sales, district sales rep should contact with customers to reply questions and solve problems concerning orders.
1. Ability to read client’s design files and feature basics concerning PCB, SMT and thru-hole assemblies. Be eager to learn more about PCB design, PCB fab and PCB assembly.
2. At least 1 year experience in PCB assembly or electronic manufacturing industry
3. Be able to perform well in interpersonal communication
4. Strong incentives and perseverance
5. Electronics sales experience a plus.
